PROGRAM: Adult Day Program (ADP) / Dimensions Day Program

POSITION: Skills Instructor
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (8:45a - 3:15p)
DESCRIPTION:

Ensures that the highest possible safety standards are followed while transporting authorized passengers in the assigned agency vehicles in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, and organizational requirements.  Maintains confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.



PROGRAM: Community Integration Program (CIP) Pasadena

POSITION: Program Supervisor
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 7:30a – 4:00p
DESCRIPTION:

To manage the Enhanced Community Integration Program (ECIP) by ensuring that each client’s self-sufficiency efforts are supported within the program and ensuring that the program meets the client’s needs.  Ensures the provision of support services and/or makes referrals to other community agencies to resolve barriers to employment.  Adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and trains staff regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others (staff, clients, management, and external parties) during all interactions.  Maintain confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.  Has a significant role and responsibility to facilitate the continued growth and viability of the CIP program.  Works directly with CIP participants at least 75% of the time by performing transportation services, direct care and case management/community integration direct services.


POSITION: CIP Skills Instructor
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday: 8:45a – 3:45p
DESCRIPTION:

To assist program participants with employment and essential living skills including proper programming for participants.  Works with participants and seeks opportunities to teach, train, and encourage independence for performing employment and living skills.  Adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and trains staff and clients regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others during all interactions with staff, clients, management, and external parties.  Maintains confidentiality in matters of participants, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.



PROGRAM: Employment Services

POSITION: Group Supported Employment Job Coach (Huntington Library)
SCHEDULE: Wednesday - Sunday: 9:30a – 6:00p
DESCRIPTION:

To implement, and maintain effective job coaching for clients preparing them for external employment opportunities by utilizing structured intervention techniques to help the clients learn to perform work related activities and the specific requirements of the job.  Conduct assessments, counseling, and advocacy, through a structured 100% intervention plan.  Adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and trains staff and clients regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others (staff, clients, management, and external parties) during all interactions.  Maintain confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.


PROGRAM: Finance

POSITION: Temporary Data Entry Clerk
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 8:30a – 5:00p
DESCRIPTION:

To help manage the data entry needs of the Agency, particularly in the areas of Payroll and Accounts Payable, on a temporary and on-call basis. The responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing vendor payments, posting A/P entries in the accounting system, creating vendor reconciliations and allocations. The staff is expected also to adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and train staff regarding safety standards as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others (staff, clients, management, and external parties) during all interactions. Maintains confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.


PROGRAM: Independent Living Skills (ILS) Pasadena

POSITION: Skills Instructor (Glendale/Pasadena/Arcadia/Monrovia/Covina)
SCHEDULE: Varies
DESCRIPTION:

To support client’s self-sufficiency efforts by encouraging independence of program participants. Assist persons served to acquire basic independent living skills. Adheres with all safety standards, regulations and policies and trains staff and clients regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintains a high level of professionalism and respect for others during all interactions with staff, clients, management and external parties.  Maintain confidentially in matter of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercise good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.



PROGRAM: Residential

POSITION: Residential Counselor
SCHEDULE: Monday – Sunday: 24 Hour Facility – Shifts will vary upon availability
DESCRIPTION: To provide direct care and training for persons living in a residential home. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of each individual. To strive for home like environment with the best quality of life for each person.  Maintains confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza operations; exercise good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.


PROGRAM: Non Public School

POSITION: Instructional Aide
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday: 8:30a – 2:30p
DESCRIPTION:

To assist the Lead Teacher with procedures required in the operation of the class, which includes both regularly developing and special needs children. Understand and attend to children who possess special physical, social, or emotional needs.  Adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and train staff and clients regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others (staff, clients, management, and external parties) during all interactions.

POSITION: Individual Placement Job Coach / Group Supported Employment Job Coach
SCHEDULE: Individual Placement schedule varies & Group Supported Employment schedule – 8:00a – 3:30p
DESCRIPTION:

To develop, implement, and maintain external employment opportunities for consumers through effective job coaching using structured intervention techniques to help the consumer learn to perform work related activities and the specific requirements of the job.  Uses structured intervention, conducts assessments, counseling, advocacy, travel training, and other services needed.  Adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies and trains staff and clients regarding safety standards as needed.  Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for others (staff, clients, management, and external parties) during all interactions.
