Villa Esperanza Services 2012 April in Paris Blue & White soiree was a sparkling success raising over $120,000 with a sold out crowd of 260 guests.  Patrons mingled around the Eiffel Tower, bid on silent auction items, enjoyed French inspired hors d’oeuvres and libations before dinner and dancing under the stars.  Master of Ceremonies, Mark Geragos, welcomed everyone to Villa’s April in Paris event. Dr. Ricki Robinson presented Villa’s 15th Annual Guardian Angel Award to “Criminal Minds” star Joe Mantegna. Fritz Coleman, NBC4’s weathercaster, had the crowd laughing and bidding high during the live auction “all in support of Villa,” he reminded guests. Joe Mantegna surprised the crowd by joining Fritz on stage and auctioning off two visits to the set of “Criminal Minds”. The evening concluded with DJ Chris Morales who had everyone on the floor dancing to the music.

The 2012 April in Paris committee was lead by Meredith Johnson of La Canada.  “Everyone on the committee pitched in and they did a fabulous job. All of our guests had a terrific time while raising money for a very deserving organization,” shares Meredith. “The committee members include Nancy Cook, R-lene Mijares de Lang and Jan Starnes of Pasadena; Marybeth Rehman-Dittu, Paulette Geragos and Terry Gordon of La Canada; Hallee Gould and Maryann Seduski of San Marino; Wendy and Doug Senour of Sierra Madre; Suzanne Marks of Altadena; Noel Daniel of Los Angeles; and DebAnn Orfalea of Glendale.
